At first, there was nothing to raise a red flag about… go to the market, grab coffee, cigarettes, etc. She did, however, become obsessed with a robbery that happened roughly three weeks ago. She would watch news reports about the incident, then she began to leave printed out articles about the robbery around the apartment.
It looks like a group of five armed men attempted to rob a bank which resulted in four of the five being killed. The fifth robber sustained injuries in the gunfire and was sent to a hospital to recover before being put on trial. He ended up escaping the hospital 2 days after being admitted. The police are still on the search for him now.
“What’s your fascination with this robbery?” I would ask.
She would always shrug it off by saying, “Nothing, it doesn’t matter.”
